Rental Rates

Application Fees

The application fee is $40 per person (anyone 18 yrs and over). This is a non-refundable fee. For your convenience, you can pay online!

Security Deposit

Security deposit for our apartments are as follows:

Pet Policy

Cats and Dogs welcomed (weight limit of 50lbs, breed restrictions apply, call for details)

Pet Rent: $50 per pet/per month (Maximum 2 Pets)

Pet Deposit: $300 per pet. This is a refundable fee.
Pet Fee: $150 per pet. This is a non-refundable fee.
